Congratulations go out to all of the young men and women who were selected by the Alabama-Mississippi Chapter of US Lacrosse to participate in the first annual All-Star Showcase. The event to be held in Birmingham on May 22^nd truly showcases the best high school players in the region.

Arsenal 2011 U13 boys tryouts

What: Arsenal 2011 U13 boys tryouts
Who: all HLA boys born 1 September 1997 or later
When: Friday, 25 March 2011, 5pm signin, 5:30-7pm tryout OR
Monday, 28 March 2011, 5pm signin, 5:30-7pm tryout (please do NOT attend both sessions)
Where: Rugby East field
Bring: full gear for the desired tryout position, HLA reversible practice penny, drink
Rain contingency: watch huntsvillelax.org, last minute changes posted there

Spring Jamboree, Sat. Feb. 26

What: Spring Jamboree
Who: Everyone – Players, Parents, Coaches, Referees and Lacrosse Fans!
When: 10 am to 2 pm, Saturday February 26, 2011
Where: Rugby Fields

The Jamboree will be a fun atmosphere intended to provide initial scrimmages, training for new referees, and training for parents on the scoring table. Players and parents in all age groups are welcome to come watch a game and support our teams as well as learn the ropes of the scoring table.

10:00 AM Boys 7/8 Huntsville vs Madison
11:00 AM Boys JV Huntsville High vs Bob Jones
12:00 PM Boys Varsity Huntsville High vs Bob Jones
