Game Cancelation Procedures

NOTIFICATION DEADLINE
  • Minimum 4 hours notification prior to game start time for all weather related cancelations.
IMMEDIATE ACTION
  • Notify opposing Coach
  • Notify Operations Manager
  • Notify Team
RESCHEDULE GAME
  • Arrange with opposing coach new game date and time
  • Confirm field availability with Operations Manager & reserve field
  • Submit Game Change Request Form to Operations Manager
  • Await final confirmation from Operations Manager prior to notifying team
PENALTIES
  • Non notification of canceled games will result in full payment of officials and trainer (if applicable) fees

 

 

In Summary:

  • Identify with opposing team HEAD COACH a new date & time for game reschedule.
  • Confirm with Operations Manager that field is available for new date & time.
  • Submit GAME CHANGE REQUEST FORM
  • Wait for final confirmation from Operations Manager prior to notifying your team!
