Tom Lewis (our state certified ref trainer) will host an intro ref training class this month. The certification class will come later this fall in Huntsville, but the more times you review this material (new and experienced refs alike), the easier it gets.
Qualified refs are by far the #1 limiting factor to our continued quality growth. We absolutely must have more good refs to keep this sport safe and fun for our kids. Please make every effort to attend this training, and bring folks with you who you think would be good candidates to add to our ref pool. Carpooling WILL be available, contact Dave for details.
